Wright & Wagner Lofts Open in Dowtown Beloit

Residential community welcomes first residents, 100% pre-leased

BELOIT, WISC. (May 28, 2021) – Hendricks Commercial Properties celebrates the grand opening of its Wright & Wagner Lofts, the first of multiple residential apartment buildings planned for the corner of Grand Avenue and Broad Street in the heart of downtown Beloit.

Wright & Wagner features 54 loft-style studios with high-end finishes, private parking and on-site storage, all within walking distance to the Ironworks Campus, popular restaurants, fitness facilities and entertainment, and the brand new ABC Supply Stadium.

The building opens for occupancy 100% pre-leased, with most residents coming from outside Beloit, choosing the city because of its thriving downtown, easy access to major cities, reasonable cost of living and proximity to the stadium.

“Opening Wright & Wagner Lofts on-schedule, with a full roster of residents is a truly exciting achievement,” said Rob Gerbitz, President and CEO of Hendricks Commercial Properties “People are moving here because they love how Beloit has been transformed into a thriving, fun, and proud community.”

Named after the Wright & Wagner Dairy that once stood on the site, the four-story building pays homage to the city’s blue-collar industrial roots by incorporating industrial elements throughout the building, including each of its well-appointed lofts.
